that was fun to see. I loved Earl Holliman in everything including that rodeo series he did. A definite hunk and it's neat that you still have a longstanding friendship with him and others like him. A small world but a very supportive one from the sounds of it... or at least can be.
LOVE seeing you in this short clip!!! Often, you have it in our minds as to what people sound like in the blogiverse (blog + universe), and oddly, you sounded nothing like I had thought, better in fact!!
Have a great day!
Naomi, it is so much FUN to see that!! You looked terrific (even next to Angie....LOL). I'd love to see more like this, if you have them.
That was fun to watch!! I would love to see more video scenes that you are featured in!!
You make a very convincing bank manager. I remember that scene. I used to think Angie Dickinson was a the bee's knees and Earl Holliman is dishy.
That was fun to watch. That's neat that you got to be in that show.
I'm with Judy. MORE clips if you have them. Looking good lady!! So great to see you in action.
I love Earl Holliman. Big time crush. Was always thrilled when I would see him in one of your party photos and envied your relationship.
Looking forward to "more to come".
What a treasure to have these video clips. "We all wore gas masks" makes me smile, would be nice as the name of a memoir or poem.
So impressive I must say and hey...definitely no small part to me ya...awesome ;D
Dear Naomi,
no doubt you are my favourite storyteller.
-- and I have been a very absent blog-friend - for too long.
I have my reasons: My Daughters Wedding. Just posted.
-- If a celeb wedding was not this, I have not the clue - expect this was without media present. Good was that - we celebrated in private - only 105 Guests. For 4 Days.
Hope you arev well
Tor
A small part but you did it so well! I loved seeing the clip and getting to see you in action.
Hope you are doing well!! xxooxx
I remember looking that up and finding that clip LOL.. just love it Naomi! And seeing your buddy Earl made me realized that it's been such a long time since I've seen him. Also, If I remember right, he was/is on the "board" for Tippi's Shambala Preserve.? Memory is fading so I could be wrong lol
Dear Naomi, love to see you on this film! You are so beautiful and elegant! Your voice is as always just beautiful!
I would love to see more video scenes of you.
Have a pleasant Sunday.
Way to go, Naomi! I was beginning to think you'd lost the 2nd DVD clips as well! Too bad you only did the one episode, and that there wasn't some cutesy stuff with dogs or cats, or gorillas, elephants, anything! I'll pop an e-mail to Earl and tell him to look in case you didn't call him, or e-mail yourself!
I should have added that the rodeo series Earl was in, Wide Country, is also available on DVD now, from amazon.com and other places, I'm sure.
How wonderful to have these memories and video clips at your fingertips, my friend. What a great scene and I love that the line became a little joke between the two of you. So intimate...this inside look at your past and your craft. I hope there's more where this came from.
Hugs and much love to you, Naomi. I've been thinking about our last conversation, and I'm here whenever you're in the mood for another chat. Always a pleasure to hear your voice, amiga. ♥
It's fun to see these journeys into your past! I get a real kick out of seeing anyone back in the day and these photos are no exception! Thanks for sharing.
Wow, look at you. I loved Policewoman. You know what I thought of immediately? How great is it that they had a female bank manager as normally you would only see male bank managers. Equal Opportunity was working in Hollywood it seems, lol.
You look great and as for Earl, what a hunk he was in this show. I am sure I was madly in love with him.
You have a beautiful voice and I love hearing you. Such a talent all round you are. Thanks for sharing that, it was wonderful to see you in action.
Well the part wasn't that small. You made a great Bank Manager. Shame you had to say excuse me and go!
Very nice video clip, thanks for sharing.
I have so much reading to do on your blog! I love it. Thanks for sharing the video clip - really great. :)
Who didn't love Angie Dickinson and Earl Holliman back then? They were terrific --actually the whole cast was. Glad to hear about your part in it too!
Oh, Naomi, I loved seeing you in this clip. You are so pretty! I love coming by your blog because there is always something interesting here about your life.
Avery old friend from school days still calls me "Mama" from a play we did. Certain moments stay with you, acting is so hard to explain to people who are not among actors, all the common bonds we make, lifelong friends,a certain joke we all share (depending on the 'script'), the crazy, silly, emotional things we do. It is a grand life. It makes me happy to hear/see someone as nice as you who led such a life of art. I am no kid anymore, but it gives me hope. I love watching actors in old TV shows, movies, wondering where they are now. (especially "girl #3" the small parts)
Love Angie! Love Earl! They were so hot!!! And you looked good, too, Naomi. Thanks for sharing.
Neat to revive these acting memories. I enjoyed Earl Holliman and Angie Dickinson in numerous roles. Thanks for sharing your appearance and would enjoy seeing more of your work.
I came back to watch this again. Loved this show and admire you even more when I see how talented you are in so may creative genres. Hope you are well.x
