Good morning Naomi....You keep as crazy hours as I do. Thank you for your comments this morning (or late evening where you are). Happy New Year to you too. The champagne is on ice, which isn't too difficult to do way up here in the land of snow.......and the tasty goodies are ready to be warmed up. Yes, the party is here this year. However, the weatherman is calling for 30 cm of snow.......and it hasn't started as yet. So, theres a good chance that either we will have complete no shows OR they will all show up in time and have to spend the night! Who knows??

Your falling asleep during Waitress? Have been doing the same thing with another wonderful movie......"Everything is Illuminated." Have seen the beginning and end........it's the middle which I KNOW is really good....but keep nodding off. Highly recommend.

TF and I will be babysitting the grandkids tonight while our daughter and her husband go out and ring in the new year.
We had our fun last Saturday night at the home of friends who entertained friends and family. This couple has seven children who all play the piano, play an intrument of their own choosing and they all sing. The husband could have been a concert pianist, the wife could have been an opera star, but chose different paths. The husband is now a very successful genocologist, the wife is a stay at home mom. The entire family can sing unbelieveably well. We were in total awe of the music and it was the highlight of our Christmas season. What a joy!
