tail feather vanity

"My tail feathers are prettier than your tail feathers....!

"Oh, I just love stretching my tail feathers....it feels so good.....and mine are really very very special....much prettier than either of yours!"

"Not as special as mine! I recieved 'special mention' in the Tail Feather Award Contest in 2006....so there!"

"Ha Ha Ha Ha....'special mention'? Why that's just pitiful....Look at how gorgeous my tail feathers are....! I recieved my "star" on the Hummingbird Walk Of Fame because of my really spectacular tail feathers....!"

"Oh please....I get paid big money just for letting them take pictures of my tail feathers....I mean big big money....and I get to travel all over the world, too...well, maybe not all over the world but all over this hill!"

"Show-offs!"

"Well, I am starring in that new film, "Feather My Nest" and it's all because of my stunning tail feathers...!"

"Well, I'm starring in that new television series, "Birds Of A Tail Feather".....and yes, it is all because of my tail feathers....no make-up will be needed and no 'tail feather' double, either....!"

"Well, guess what I am going to be starring in....the new Musical Comedy "A Tail Of Two Birdies".....on Broadway. And I got the part over 2000 others chirpers."

"Well, my 18th book has just been published, "Harry Featherpet And The Temple Of The Feeder" and it has already sold 18 million and it only came out two weeks ago....!"

"Oh, you are all so silly....Just shut up and eat cause this delicious yummy necter lunch will be over in just a few days!

More To Come......

Naomi,
I love your picture! That comment on my blog was an inside joke to someone about a certain man that tries to pass himself off as quite the casanova. She met him and showed me a picture of what he really looked like and he could have been the father of the picture on his blog. I didn't mean to offend anyone. Well, except, HIM, LOL! I love this new set of pictures and your captions!

Cute! Love seeing the hummingbirds. We hung up a feeder in our backyard after we moved here only to discover that this area doesn't have h'birds. Bummer. Anyway, it's fun visiting your blog and seeing all the plants and wildlife because it's so different than what we have.

This is amazing and inovative ideas - exactly the kind of "shows" people around the world needs - if they only would understand.

Maybe something for BBC and their "Children TV Shows"- It seems adults to day have fallen in the Time Trap.

I will support you.

Cute Post! The silly little birds remind me of a line remembered from an old film titled Shining Through... where Michael Douglas as Ed tells Melanie Griffith she's being silly and she says..."I'm a silly girl Ed".
It's great fun to be silly once in a while... I recommend it!

Hi Naomi. I'm so glad that you're still uploading these amazing images. I'm equally sorry that I wasn't able to help you get your videos online. If I lived closer, I would have simply come over and fixed it all up myself. It's what I do for people I care about.

Anyway, please know I've been thinking of you this week. I hope you're feeling better.

All the best,

Naomi, the rules on the middle name meme are: take each letter of your middle name (mine is RHEA) and find a word that starts with that letter that applys to you or is an adjective that describes you. Mine were: R- reader, H- homebody, E- effervescent, A- actress.
