More To Come.........
Wasn't it nice to enjoy the weather for a change? We had a little early fog (the tule variety of course) but the days were sunny and warm.
Sorry I've been MIA lately. Computer crash - now fixed thanks to the kindness of a stranger. The internet can be a wonderful place.
Hi Naomi! Wonderful to hear your voice! Pardon my forthrightness...
you sounded so youthful -- a clear crisp gentle voice. Soothing to ears. Beautiful.
Great post. Have a good week ahead.
Naomi, you get some nice close ups with that video camera. Tell us more about the "agave." I'm not sure if I spelled that correctly, but it looks like an interesting plant so I'll be looking it up.
I'll pop into Butchie's site in a second. Thanks for sharing.
Good day Noami and oh what a lovely garden video I bet it is going to turn out beautifully as the day goes by :D
what an amazing story on your record. It is something how things will stick in our mind like that and then to have the internet reconnect, well pretty awesome. It is becoming a smaller and smaller world
It's 10 degrees here and I have a snow day because the wind chill is well below zero - it's like we live on different planets - not the same country. (I LOVE snow days though! ) Diane
NAOMI! Thanks so much for popping in over in my "Blues" blog- and my posting of "..The Naomi Caryl Confluence!" ( Wow sis- sounds like the name of a blues-band! ) I wish to ask: Would there be any hope of asking your friend to make two (2) CD's for you?... and might you send one to me?? ( or ask him to send me one )?? As I told you- I want desperately to include "If" and the 'B' side on my up-coming "Doo-Wop Diner" shows on "Rock-it Radio". It's a world-wide internet broadcast as I told you... and will be an opportunity to re-introduce you to a vast audience! My trouble is in waiting for Donn to have his 45rpm made into a digital CD... a process which may take a good deal of time- in that Donn is an admitted trousered-ape when it comes to computers and all things digital! If you are already in-process and could have one made for me too- I will be most happy to pay for it and for shipping! Let me know sis!! Till next...

Nice video...growing stuff is always good and makes the neighborhood look so much nicer.
I love the sound of your voice!!! It's just so nice to be able to hear it...
Compared to what this "garden" looked like a month ago with chickens etc. this is quite a transformation.
Very nicely photographed and narrated.
Went to Trish's blog the other day, seems she is still having eating problems. I sympathize with her as everything I eat goes through the blender and a straw bec of MS swallowing problems. She is such a wit!
TY for the video update.
Anne
I am very impressed with the power of the Internet! Just amazing story, Naomi!
I don't know why, but I could not see the video, but I will comeback soon!
Have a good week ahead!
Have you thought of a career as a private eye?! Ha!
Hi Teena! -
Was the "private eye" thought directed to me- as per all the slooping I did to find Naomi's 45rpm, and then the Lady herself?
If so- I must say privacy is an important thing to me... and I DO have an eye! Two of 'em in fact!... which is one more than Columbo!!
Lord hug you tight... - Butchie
Thanks for that Naomi. Just got back from Butchie's and look forward to hearing the song, one way or the other. If I'm quick I can just make bed before mid-night:)
Let us know when we can hear the recording online! Hey, is something fuzzed out in the front of the photos or is it my computer?
I miss the sun.
OH! It's a video. I went back and watched. Lovely. You're garden of Eden is expanding. I like your neighbors row of pointy pines and I'm now wondering what the tall white pointed umbrella looking thing is in the middle of the city. A steeple?
Love the confluence story!
Heading over to Butchies right now...is that an empty pool in the backyard of your neighbors too, I can't quite make it out?
Well that was just too cool (the Butchie post) . I felt like he was talking about an old friend when he was saying all that about you. The world is getting smaller and smaller! lol.
Nice of you to share your plants with the neighbors too. I meant to say that earlier.
You didn't yet visit my site, where I give you credit for Callesen. I also give you credit for being a Not-So-Old Lady.
Butchie's Blog was great reading and proves again the marvel of meeting new and old friends through the infamous internet. Like Butchie I'd love a copy of your "IF" CD and know that all your blog friends would too.... The idea of bringing back the voice of the 50's is too cool.
Yeah, I like Valentine's Day too.
It's just a little hard to swallow this year...
What is it all about? That heart thing. Aren't you are wise.
Thanks for stopping by my new 76 year young blogger friend.
Thanks for letting us know about Butchie. I listened to the music all afternoon!
Nice to see that they are probably going to be growing some veggies instead of having more animals penned up...at least it seems so far!!
The plants are lovely and again, I enjoyed hearing you on the video!!
Mark just watched and said tell Auntie Em to keep an eye out on what the neighbours are growing, it might be "herbal" lol
I will go visit butch and read, after House ;)
Now I could to seeing the video, Naomi. It was my PC problem...
I enjoyed your idea of add videos on your post! It's great to hear your voice!
Have a nice day!
Hi Naomi!
I love the gardens below you. Gorgeous plants. I live in the forest, so I don't get to see those types of plants very often. Hmmm. I should make a video of the world I live in and post it on my blog!
When you get a copy of your song(s), post it on the blog so we can all hear it. We all really, really, really want to hear you sing!
Did you get the CDs from me yet? My husband dropped them in the mail last week....
from your video two things struck me: that your agave is fantastic (as is the rest of your garden!) adn your view is incredible. I know I would never get tired of looking at it :)
On the other hand it's such a pity about what is happening elsewhere off your property.
I do enjoy your videos of the goings on around your house. I hope your neighbors will share some of their veggies with you when the time comes.
More peeking! I love it!
