There is this incredibly beautiful yellow Rose....so rich in color....it took my breath away....... And then there were a few purple/lavender Roses, too.....again, such a rich deep color...... And right next to that lavender Rose is a beautiful white Rose, too.....There are lots of other flowers, too..... My second favorite flower next to The Rose is The Orchid.....Such beauty.....it makes your heart sing.....And then...... Above, a beautiful Ranunculus......And last, but not least....this Beauty below, the name of which I can never remember..... These are just a little bit of a tease till next time.....there are lots more and even prettier than these......I hope everyone had a lovely Easter....and just to keep you up to date....dear dear Sweetie is doing great!

I knew Judy would have the answer. This must be the most colourful blog and I remember the first time I saw it how attracted I was by the heading.
Delighted to hear the good news about Sweetie.

Alstromeria are wonderful in Southern California gardens. The flower is much like an azalea- but they like our weather and soil better.

Can't tell you how much I enjoy your flower photos. These were especially beautiful.

I enjoy photographing flowers also -- there are some pictures I took in botanical gardens in New Zealand and Australia in the first few posts of my blog -- but I'm not up to your level yet!

I just read your comment on Danny Miller's blog about not being able to view YouTube videos. I had the same problem and turning my "POP-UP Blocker" to OFF did the trick. Your work is lovely.
