More To Come........
Is the first rose a "Peace Rose?" My dad had several of those and they were his pride and joy in the Spring.
Cheers.
My eyes are filled up! These are stunning. I'll be posting some I took yesterday (easter) on our second annual Chateau Morrisette Easter Brunch.
They're just beautiful. Hope you enjoyed your Easter.
I found that video we were talking about and if all goes well will have it for you sometime this week.
They are sweet peas, Naomi, one of my favorites. You also have scabiosa there, and snapdragons, in addition to all the others you mentioned. The ranunculus is gorgeous. That is MY favorite color combination!
Oops, I went back to look again - it isn't sweet peas, it is the snapdragons. They have that variegated color from dark coral to peach. The pink flower with the tiny blossoms on top of the stem and the bids that look like a pile of green peas are the scabiosas. I love them, esepcially the lavender ones.
They are stunning and beautiful Naomi!! I love all those soft wonderful colors!! So lovely!! Thanks for sharing them!! Today (Monday) it's cold and we are having snow showers off and on. I'm ready for warmer days!!!
Last year??!!! Absolutely GORGEOUS!
We are having a frost here so most of the Easter flowers didn't make it to Easter. I now feel I haven't missed out because of your post.
Beautiful flowers!
Stunning ! so what if they are last years, they've held up rather well wouldn't you say ? hehehe!
You have the eye to make them all beautiful Naomi!! Hope your Easter was a good day for you.
Wow. Just wow. I absolutely love yellow and orange flowers, with a bit of lime green thrown in. :) Gorgeous!

Wooo...I love the vibrancy of these lovely flowers Noami :D
I remember these from last year! Still gorgeous!
What a lovely arrangement! A whole garden in a basket. Every scent and every flower holding a precious memory.
What stunning flowers... and the colours are magnificent. It is nice to see a display of flowers that aren't in pink hues.
Those are eye candy!! The perfection of those flowers just floors me too!!! WOWzer!
We went to our local gardens on Easter with my mom, and the tulips and daffodils were blooming. It was such a delight!!
I ate way more chocolate than I should have, and I loved every morsel. It's the calories that really piss me off!
:-)
I hope you had some chocolate too.
What a lovely sight to see so early in the morning and you are right - they do blow up beautifully. Were one of the mystery ones sweet peas? Probably not. You are a very clever girl:)
OOOh I've just seen Judy said sweet peas. Another coincidence!
Oh DRAT! Now she's changed her mind.LOL!
These flowers are stunning, absolutely wonderful, Naomi! All them takes my breath away!
Have a nice week ahead!
Many hugs!
The flower pictures are beautiful and really do say it all about spring. I also prefer arrangements that look as though they just happened from the garden
Absolutely gorgeous!! I love the colors, so vibrant! As you know I LOVE flowers, so your photos are a favorite of mine!!
Have a wonderful week my friend!
Gorgeous, Van really does a wonderful job. I love snapdragons too, I used to love showing my children how they "talk" when you squeeze them ( which is why they are called snapdragons lol)
Lovely. I enjoy fresh flowers so much! The boys were looking at some that I'd set out and asked their Dad why I buy things that are dying.
This may sound weird, but I even like the way an arrangement looks when the petals and leaves start to fall off. Pretty in a sad way.
Beautiful pictures. I'm glad you posted them since I didn't get to see them last year. Have a wonderful day Naomi.
These colors are bright and beautiful, as every Spring should be. I hope you had a wonderful weekend, Naomi, among the flowers.
I want to hang out with Van!
Beautiful arrangement. The colours blend together so nicely. If I had a bottomless pocketbook, I'd have flowers spilling out of every vase and scattered around my home every day!
Tulips are my favourite by far. I carried a bouquet of them at my wedding....
Love love love flowers and these are beautiful!
Beautiful! Nothing has bloomed here yet :( We still get snow every now and then...
Found your blog from another link and thought I would say hello :)
Those are all so pretty. I love flowers. I've even started appreciating the small ground covers, realizing that landscaping is more than the show off flowers right? lol. Tulips are a fave because they are so classy. Snapdragons, that is what you have I think, they seem a bit mischievous so they really add to the garden and that orange flower, I didn't know that one but WOW, that is striking! Yes Van is an artist himself, your arrangements are always out of this world.
And thank you for my birthday wishes! It has been a nice weekend and wonderful day for me so thanks. Toonces told me to please stop playing the birthday card. He said I wore it out!
Easter flowers are so pretty. I'm so excited to know that spring is here. The hills are so green and pretty hereabouts. :)
I love your pictures. The thing about that is, you can enjoy them year after year! :)
What a wonderful arrangment to lift the spirit in Spring! It is so cheerful :) All these photos are wonderful but I particularly love the close up of the pale apricot coloured rose. The pattern of the petals and the subtle colour is just wonderful.
Your arrangement is beautiful beyond words...what wonderful pictures to remember every single detail...
Absolutely stunning flowers and photos, Naomi!
And as you know.....I can attest to the gifted talent that Van has! (smile)
