My lord I wish our view was like yours! I can't really complain though, while we can't see the ocean, we do get amazing sunsets & city views.
I was surprised that you actually could see the ocean from your place. For some reason, I just put more distance between Hollywood/LA and the Pacific.
Well, Michele sent me, but I would've been by anyways. :)
what wonderful games mother nature plays!
What a gorgeous view, Naomi! Just amazing. How lucky you are! The view from your deck is a privilege. You are right, you never will be tired of such beauty. Great photos, too.
I agree! If I ever got tired of seeing things that beautiful, they should just shoot me! We are surrounded by trees, and I like that, but I would so love to have a water view.
Good thing I loves yer - or I could shoot you just for that post! :-)
Looks like a nice place to get married, though [wink]

No, I would not tire of it either! You have a lovely view being so high up there, and the sky is always different! Great pictures Naomi! Wish I could be there to enjoy that view too!
You're right! Love of beauty and of all lovely and wonderful things like nature is indispensable for our growth. It brings reverence and a sense of transcendance into personal love and indeed into all life.
Lovely lovely pictures what a lovely place you live in
Can't complain, I see the Med everyday...! Michele sent me this time!
Lovely pictures of your locality. I'm inspired, I'm going to post some of around my home!
God I love these images..
Great work...
I love where I live except for the fact that I can't see the sunset right from my house. Whenever I visit my mom I walk the beach every sunset and am always shocked at how different every one is!
Is your spare bedroom set up? I can catch a flight and be there for the sunset!
Hello, Michele sent me!
Aaahh lovely view...I envy you! Beautiful place to sit and drink your mojo!
What a view! Thanks for sharing a peak at it.
They are beautiful sights, indeed. Thanks for stopping by blog today!:)
Well, I'm jealous. And I don't think I would ever get tired of that fantastic view either.
Stunning views. The hills look fabulous.
Here today via Michele.

I mentioned your offer to MB, as ever the idea of marriage didn't stir him much...

It's been nothing but a rainy, gloomy day here! Thanks for the beautiful pictures to look at!!
Have a wonderful weekend my friend!
Those are beautiful pictures. I am a little jealous! lol!
Hello from Michele's!
I would never tire of it either. We are all so lucky that you shared this with us. They say images and words can move us. This entry sure did.
Wow, totally gorgeous view. You are so blessed! Michele sent me
People say things like us too in relation to the view we have from our apartment (we look at the city skyline). However the sky changes so many times each day - the way the light reflects etc., is NEVER boring. I love it. I will never tire of it. Just like you... (actually did a post the other night of the sky at 9pm)
Tired of that view? How could anyone ever tire of that? Beautiful!
how wonderful to be able to see this everyday, naomi! i am so jealous! :)
Love the photos, love the view. And you are officially the first person Michele has ever sent me to. :)
Good morning, OOLOTH! I just picked up my daughter from the airport (at 2:45 am) and boy am I tired!
Michele sent me!
back again (this time via michele) and the view still is breathtaking, naomi. :)
I'm looking forward to getting to see your part of the state this spring... headed to Malibu in May!!
Here via Michele again!
michele sent me back. so when am i invited to stay over again? *wink*wink*
my gosh those photos are brilliant and beautiful, thank you so much for sharing. very few of us ever have the oppurtunity to see that view from where you are.
we get some beautiful stuff here, when the sun comes up over the cascades and when it goes down over the coast range. there is a wonderful winery about 25 minutes away from our home on a hill high enoug hto see over the coast range on a clear day adn gives intriguing views of the pacific from here in the central willamette valley. of course all we have seen for weeks now is rain.
Michele sent me, OOL.
It's certainly an amazing location--and not an easy one to obtain, I suspect, Naomi. It's certainly not for me though. Between the dry desert-like climate and the city below I'd be running quickly. But many people would give their eyeteeth if not an arm or leg for your location.
And like Jane said above--I never realized the ocean was within sight of the Hollywood Hills. Amazing how small an area affects the world so much.
A very pretty view, Old Old Lady. It's amazing you can see that far even with the Santa Ana winds blowing. I guess they must really sweep the air clean.
Michele sent me.
i cant get enough of the view so i had to return to look again, besides, michele sent me this time!
Hello from Michele!
Your view is beautiful, and the sunset makes your cacati look stunning! I don't think we ever get sick of views that we really love, have a great weekend!
Hi Naomi! Thank you so much for your twice visit on my blog! It was great! Yesterday I found a photo of the inside of the Cathedral, but I haven't your e-mail address. May you send me your e-mail? My e-mail is: samascaro@uol.com.br
Thank you!
Beautiful photos.
Hey lady!
You have to wonder what is so important to these other people that a view as gorgous as those would become tiring...
