an american friend visiting new zealand for a few years made a thanksgiving dinner once. i was expecting turkey, yams, you know, the cliche old fashioned cool american thanksgiving dinner........it was cold slices of mock turkey, a jar of cranberry 'stuff' and potatoe salad. needless to say I am still waiting for the REAL american thanksgiving experience. love steve xxxxx
