congratulations on your 200 posts!! You sure have a remarkable memory! How wonderful that you and your closest friends are still friends after all the years gone by!!
Wow, I don't think I could even thing of 50 things about myself, much less 100. Congrats on your 200th post. Grades really don't tell you a lot about a person or their chance for future success in the world, there are so many variables. You've had such an interesting life! Oh and I love Art Deco. My house was built in 1930 and it's next to impossible to find anything Deco in my area to decorate it with. Thanks for sharing your 100. All very interesting glimpses into your life.
What a GREAT list Naomi! You know I always love the tidbits, and bits and pieces, and those trivia items that no one seems to mention but are always the most intriguing for me.
Happy 200th
Cindi
Terrific list and congrats on 200 posts. :-)
I always love your posts, but this one was above and beyond! I am looking forward to your 300th post!
And one must always eat dessert when one is in France. Even if you eat nothing else...lol!
Just as an aside, my mom died at age 69 when I was 33 before I had a child. Her mom died at age 55 when she was 33 and before SHE had a child. I'm determined that I'm going to break that chain!
Congratulations dear Naomi, on your 200 posts!! I always love your posts and this one is just great! Some times ago I told you exactly what Pickalish said just now and I agree totally with her: I truly think you should write a memoir. I have an immense pleasure reading about the experiences you've had, about the interesting people you've know and loved, the places you've been and all about your creative life of composer, singer, musician, artist and so on! Truly, I am an enthusiastic fan of you!
Congratulations on 200 posts, Naomi, and I hope you will have thousands more! Always entertaining, this one was ven more so.
Congrats on 200 posts Naomi - love, love, love your list. You are a treasure. Love and hugs.
YEAH 200! Here's to 200 more. I love reading, you are an amazing woman.

Tanya
Congratulations on 200 delightful posts! just like the anniversary one, loved reading your list, all the interesting details! You haven't missed a thing at McDonald's, lol. I am glad my son is now older and enjoys "food".And as I told you, I grew up with earthquake tremors, but that doesn't mean I don't find them disturbing!! the problem is, one never knows if it is the "big" one or just a tiny one... Tuesday evenings is my soap evening: 2 in a row!
Wonderful post as always, we are so spoiled by you!! and congrats again :)
Nice post. Well written, and so much life in the words. We've lived such different lives and believe in different ways and yet we are much alike :)
Amazing that the human race is very spread apart, but very connected. I enjoyed reading your list and congrats on 200!
How'd you get so MANY readers in only 200 posts... you must share your secrets :)
Congratulations dear Naomi on your 200th post!!!! I very much enjoyed reading this second 100 things about you! You are quite an interesting gal! One I love getting to know!
*hugs*
Congrats on 200 posts (mental reminder to check how many I'm up to now). I'm still failing to write my first 100 things, so double congrats on another 100 from you. Full of interesting stuff once again:-)
You've had quite an eventful life, haven't you?
I think you should write a book. Someday, I'm going to write a book.
When my kids are in school, and I am brave enough to take on the task. :)
I learned alot about you...I didn't know you were Jewish for instance. :)

I enjoy getting to know you better. I got a shiver when the girl told you about "drama school." I love the way in life clues like that come and we KNOW them when we see them. Regular school was too small a fishbowl for you. I did very well in school until algebra. I felt like I was going to have a seizure trying to do that and complicated math problems. I was also intimidated by the "smart kids" so I would check my self out of classes that I felt uncomfortable in.
You make me want to go to the south of France just to eat. I was in France once in the 70s....to poor to eat anything but bread and cheese.
Naomi, you rock!
Miss Naomi,
Congrats on the 200th post. I'm so thrilled to read all of your adventures. You haven't let anything slip by you. You have lived, lost & loved. Traveled, met outstanding people along the way. Survived bad things that happened, and still seem to have such a wonderful vibrance to you. There is still more adventures to come your way I'm sure. You have the Gusto!!! I think you are the most awesome person. My brother -n- law lives in Redondo Beach. He does alot of the Graphic effects stuff on tons of movies. I'm hoping sometime next year for us to be coming for a visit. I would love for you & I to maybe set up a lunch date one day when we do, if you would like?. Of course I'll let you know real close to the time we schedule going to see if you will be available then. I must meet you in person:-).
Have a Wonderful day!!.
How fun. You made a list that reads like a story! :)
Yay you for 200 posts, I'll bet it's flown by, all the writing, eh? :)
Congratulations and I can't wait to see what your next 200 hold. You really are a survivor though I can't imagine not one Micky Dees Fry or Hamburger ever. And STarbucks! I love Starbucks. I am sure you are a better person for not going in those places!
I so hate what happened to your mother and that still there hasn't been very much done research wise all these years later for that particular type.
Congrats again Naomi, you are one of a kind.
So, Naomi, when you opened the door at Passover--was it Elijah that had rang the doorbell?
54. I've been in love (or thought I was) 4 times, not counting grade school and high school.
55. It never worked out, I'm afraid.
How can you say you've had bad luck with love when you were together with Sammy for 35 years? Even if that was a "like" type relationship in your mind, it seems to me that staying together for that long constitutes love of the most precious kind. Maybe it's just because he died 21 years ago--but still, he was with you nearly half your life. Nearly 65% of your adult life!
Naomi! Where to begin!
Okay, Bway in 63/64... I'm picturing you at Sardi's with the likes of Zero Mostel, Sondheim, Carol Channing, David Merrick, Jerry Heman and Gower Champion. Those were great years on Bway... Dolly, Funny Thing, etc. :) What a thrill. And I really love how cozy The Booth is. I've seen a few things there, and I always know it's going to feel more intimate.
Enjoyed your list. :)
Do you have photos from Sardi's?
~S
Congratulations!!!
My humans are'nt here so I'm using the computer I just had to stop by to see what you have been up tooo,woof-woof 200 that's alot for a human!!What a TREAT..
Lot's of Lick's
Sam
Congratulations! 200 posts, how cool is that!!!
I loved your list, of course, but #8? That one is pure genius. I have never thought of it like that, and you are absolutely and 100% right about it.
I have copied and pasted #8 to my file of fabulous quotations.
Now, here's to your next 200 posts!
Have I told you how much I adore you?
Here's 100 more reasons....

There are some days when I can not even think of one thing to list. Good for you and congrats Naomi! :)
Aunty Em, you haven't missed a thing by never having had McDonalds or Starbucks, both very overrated and blah.
I love your 100 list, I missed my 100th and my blogiversary, I really should pay more attention to dates.
Having said that today it is the 29th Sept HERE so Happy 43rd anniversary for Spoon ;)
Easy to remember I was three days old when it opened HAHAHA.
Love you muchly say hi to the Starline bus dudes for me.
Congrats on the 200 posts. I LOVE your list. Of course I'm sitting here stunned that you've never done McDonald's.
You're amazing, and have such wonderful, fun things to share with all of us.
I hope you don't mind that I'm a big, big admirer.
Wow! That was amazing! I can't believe you've never had a McDonald's anything.
You are just AMAZING! I couldn't even come up with 100 things to say about myself - and you've come up with 200! And I bet you've still got another 100 hidden behind the cactus!
Happy 200th post!!! I'm impressed that you even noticed it!
I missed my 100th ... and I missed my 200th... and I think I won't even TRY to remember my 300th - cuz what's the point having not commemorated the first 2? Maybe I'll wait until 500 and really do it up BIG! LOL! (but don't count on me to remember my blogaversary either...)
I read this list, and I perked up each time your mentioned chocolate. It is a life saver for me too!
I hate that you experienced so much fear and so many years of sadness.
No breakfast for twelve years??? Have some pancakes right now, PLEASE!
It is wonderful that you found something to be passionate about and your world opened up!
Dark chocolate truffles make the world go 'round.
#200!! I think you are addicted to blogging.
That's okay. So am I.
Great list Naomi!! I was wondering if you had been in earthquakes and if you might blog about them sometime!
Always fascinating to learn more about you!! Congratulations on your 200th post!! Cheers (raises glass)!! :)
Those soaps are so easy to get hooked on, even if you can predict the storyline and even if in real life the little kids couldn't possibly morph into college age teenagers in two years. This last "theatrical license" is the one that really makes me laugh.
Congratulations on your 200th post.
What an interesting list! Thanks for sharing :)
School grades sure don't tell everything about the person. However, what they do tell is what the person is not.
Oh, Naomi, thank you so much for letting me know you'd posted this and CONGRATS to you on your 200th post...quite an accomplishment!
I totally agree about formal schooling...while it might be nice to excel, etc. it's NOT the end-all and be-all of WHO we will become as adults and what we'll do with the rest of our lives. And you sure did mighty fine!
I'm glad you had Sammy in your life and I'm sure his spirit will always be with you.
As for soaps...I still love All My Children, One Life to Live and Guiding Light...not addicted, but enjoy watching if I'm home.
Thank you so much for sharing all of this with us....I feel I've now gotten to know you even a little better.
*hugs*
I am sure that you remember your family & friends in the most wonderful ways. By blogging for instance.
Congrats!! 200 posts, what a milestone!
And such an insightful list. I am glad to read you had someone special in your life (your Sammy) and thank you for sharing all this with us!
