holiday greetings!

Here it is. Christmas 2006.

May all your dreams come true and may you live in the warmth of loving family and friends.....And know that I wish you all everything your hearts desire.

And on that note and in the true spirit of the season.....

One of our dear blog buddies, Minerva, who lives across the pond, is struggling with the return of her cancer. Do go visit her and wish her 'well', for she needs our loving support right now...and, I promise you and I assure you, she will inspire you with her words and her heart on this special day, Christmas, 2006. And just because I think they are a lovely addition to the spirit of the day...here are some very sweet goodies, though these are made of yarn..... And one more lovely picture for the road, as they say.... A lovely lovely Holiday to one and all.....

More To Come.....

  8. Have a lovely day, Naomi! Here the potica bread is freshly baked and ready for a fairly early morning. It would usually be later when we opened gifts but we expect a phone call from Austria (my brother) and he is seven hours ahead. He will want to know how his gift choices went over.

He traveled today back to Vienna and gets two days in his own apartment. I believe he said he was having a grilled salmon for his dinner.

If I don't get in bed soon, Santa is going to pass me right by.

  16. I pass this message on from my oldest son's Christmas letter:

If this past year has taught me anything, it is that all of our dreams, all of our hopes for our selves and for all those we love anf care about, are predicated upon good health, both physical and metaphysical. In that spirit, may Christmas and the New Year find you well, in every sense and in that wellness may you find a new appreciation for all the blessings that flow from it. Resolve to take extra good care of yourselves and know that in so doing you bestow upon all those who love and care for you the most precious gift of all.
